Are you looking for something different to add to your strength routine? Or maybe just wanting to get started with some strength exercises? I've got the move for you. These tricep dips can be done anywhere there is a sturdy bench, stair or steps. The key is to keep your hips up high and make all of the work come from the back of your arms. We might be hiding in our cozy sweatshirts right now, but sunshine is just around the corner so it's time to start toning the arms NOW!
Don't get excited from the pictures below...I have not transported to somewhere warm. These pictures were taken last summer during longer, sunnier, warmer days. Ahhh....
Try this for a full minute - or do 10-12 reps, rest, and repeat for 3 sets.
You will feel the burn in your triceps!
