If you are enjoying this year's National Championship at home - try this workout during the game to burn off some of those game day snacks and to keep you on top of what's happening! You can do this workout other places too - but they might look at you funny if you drop down into burpees at your favorite sports bar. Please tell me about it if you do. Don't forget to pick your side before kick-off, and do the exercises as the game goes on!
